Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Where are your products located?

All our products are stocked at our UK warehouse and are shipped directly from there. We don't drop-ship any items, which allows us to offer same business day fulfillment and accurate delivery estimates.

Where do you ship?

Our full product list is available to mainland UK addresses with next-day delivery options available.

We also ship all non-food items to France, Spain, Switzerland, and USA mainland addresses. We will be delivering to more destinations very soon! Sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Please note that orders to EU destinations may be subject to further taxes or duties on delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

UK Domestic Shipping

We offer 2 options for UK shipping:

- Royal Mail Tracked 48hr: £3.72

- DHL Parcel Next Day: £7.80

* Please note the Royal Mail shipping option applies to all shipments 2kg or less. As such, should your order weight be greater than 2kg, then only the option from DHL parcel will be available.

International Shipping Options

International shipping options vary based on destination and weight. Once you proceed to checkout and fill out your addess information, shipping charges will be automatically calculated. In most cases both standard and express shipping options will be offered.

Example: USA standard shipping options start from $14 and express shipping options from $23

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12pm are usually processed and dispatched same day.

Within the UK we offer the following shipping options:

- Royal Mail Tracked 48hr

- DHL Parcel Next Business Day

International orders are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the delivery country and the shipping option selected.

Once customers fill in their details on the checkout page, delivery options and time estimates will be displayed.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love your new purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of the items from your order we’ll be happy to offer you a refund (or an exchange where possible) within 14 days of receipt, provided it complies with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached where provided and the original packaging included.

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), and personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Please submit your return request by email to sales@shoplvnt.co.uk. This should include your original order number, details of the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. We recommend that you return items via a registered mail service and make sure to obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. If we find the products are not returned in accordance with our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Please use appropriate packaging to protect your package during transit. Once your return is received, processed and approved, a refund will be issue to you within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been credited to your account.

Customs and Duties (non-UK orders)

UK Orders

All our products are stocked and shipped from our UK warehouse, meaning all our UK prices are inclusive of VAT and duties. No surprises!

USA Orders

All orders with a value less than $800 should not be subject to any additional taxes or duties on delivery.

EU Orders

Orders to EU destinations may be subject to further taxes or duties on delivery.
